Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This will allow you to track the status of your package and monitor its progress to your shipping address. You can use the tracking number provided to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We proudly offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated during checkout based on the destination and size of the order.

  • Customs Duties and Taxes: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the purchase price and will be assessed upon arrival in your country.

While we strive to offer our products to as many customers as possible, there are certain shipping restrictions in place. Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to certain locations where delivery restrictions apply, including countries or regions with ongoing shipping issues or delivery limitations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work towards a resolution. For damaged items, please keep all packaging materials and take clear photos of the damage to assist with our claims process.

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but you may return the item once it arrives.

  • Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify the address, and you will need to wait for the delivery attempt or initiate a return.
